Plateau!
Hmm I seem to be plateauing on the 5:2 diet. I think it’s because I’m always going slightly over the daily limit. Like yesterday I though I’d only eaten, say 50 cals over 500, but when i really added it up it was more like I’d eaten 200 more.
Really need to reign it in next week and push myself. The hardest part is probably going to bed hungry, so I try to have a low cal hot choc before bed.
I also watched that Horizon documentary on fasting last night that initially spurred everyone onto this sort of dieting since it aired in 2012. It was really interesting and gave me a little boost. It taught me about the health benefits too, which are amazing.

GW2 ACHIEVED!
I’m trying to feel really motivated about reaching my GW2, but as I only lost 1lb this last week i’m feeling a bit demotivated.
Tried not to eats my feelings, though I did have a bit of chocolate today.
It feels nice holding onto my hips and realising that there’s definitely less there. But I’m really worried about going home this weekend as I have a couple of days off work and being at work makes it SO much easier to do fast days.
Help?
